Timmy’s 40th Birthday
Planning Tim’s 40th was so much fun for me. He absolutely loves Hawaii, (which we better get back there soon)! His lacrosse company name is Ohana and since he lives life simply, loves the beach, family and fun, I knew it would be a hit!
Between Etsy and Hobby Lobby I spent many hours creating backdrops, table decor and setting the theme to make this event feel as though we were really in Hawaii. I feel the entertainment is key for a memorable party! Lucky for us we have a local family who put on an amazing show, authentic, fun and just all around amazing! Prince Pele’s made this Luau one of the most talked about party’s I hosted.

Although it seemed like a tone of food, I kept it simple so I really could enjoy the evening. I had Publix cater sushi, mojo Pork, popcorn chicken for the kids, I also ordered a cheese platter were homemade as well. They delivered the ice, the beverages and all the food which made my life so much easier. I added some of my own little touches like Fresh Mozzarella with basil and tomatoes on a skewer, teriyaki chicken skewers, shrimp cocktail. The food was so yummy and cocktail style
